Everything you need to know about Soul Vertigo
Soul Vertigo carries the ambitious mission of restoring meaning to our lives in a world that keeps pulling us further away from our true nature.
Our programs are designed to help you reconnect with yourself and move forward with clarity and confidence in the direction of your choosing.
We have nothing to gain and everything to lose by forcing ourselves to adapt to systems that don’t align with who we are. It makes far more sense to learn to know ourselves, understand ourselves, and choose our path with intention. Simple on paper… but in reality, a little help goes a long way. That’s where Soul Vertigo comes in.
Our programs are one of a kind: they rely on a multi-faceted approach to address the complexity of modern life challenges.
We offer real, actionable plans tailored to each unique situation. Regain confidence as the fog begins to clear.
“At the origin of SV is a woman whose life has been, to say the least, eventful. A lovely mix of family toxicity, severe trauma, and late-diagnosed neurodivergence. (Don’t panic, it gets better.)
When society kindly showed me just how little it cared about my struggles — and that in this world, it’s ‘sink or swim’ — I first did my best to push through and adapt. After all, ‘I’m a strong, independent woman,’ and if I’ve survived this far, I can survive anything.
From the age of 15, I threw myself headfirst into personal development, therapy, sophrology, yoga, psychology, philosophy, mindfulness, coaching… buried under mountains and mountains of books. ‘Clearly, I’m the problem, so I’ll just completely change who I am and I’ll find my place in this society.’ (Spoiler: that didn’t work.)
I’ll keep it short before this turns into an autobiography. It took two burnouts and a lot of inner work to understand that constantly over-adapting and fighting against myself just to fit in wasn’t sustainable. I did have wounds I needed to heal, but I confused them with my inability to fit into the system. Society’s role is to maintain a rough kind of order within the masses — not to ensure individual fulfillment.
I’m not the only one who doesn’t fit the mold. In reality, the mold fits almost no one. This push for uniformity exists to maintain ‘social order,’ but it comes at the cost of individuality — and therefore, personal fulfillment and happiness.
Years went by. My passion for this subject, along with endless research, turned me into an expert in fulfillment and inner peace. As a lifelong rebel, I wanted this expertise to contribute to the emergence of a new kind of society — healthier, fairer — by changing one life at a time. So I created Soul Vertigo.
Happiness can be learned.”
